We were the one of the first who noticed the potential of small apartments in Poland. Each of us dreams of our own, independent apartment. We have the answer to this – MonoHaus – small, independent apartments, both one and several rooms. When designing our premises, we were guided by the principle, not necessarily the largest, but always independent and self-contained.
Each of our apartments has a living area connected with a sleeping place, a fully functional place to prepare meals in the form of kitchenettes, equipped with household appliances and its own bathroom. Some also have additional separate bedrooms.

In the first stage, we are implementing nearly 700 residential units in the Łódź agglomeration. The Łódź market is one of the main home markets for us, we know it, we understand it and we have over 20 years of experience on it.
A significant part of our assets is located in the very center of Łódź.
In the coming months, as part of Mono Haus, we will make available unique apartments located both in the immediate vicinity of Piotrkowska Street, as well as intimate buildings in the vicinity of Galeria Łódzka.
