The terms of the lease are clearly defined and predetermined. You pay a fixed rent specified in the contract, which, according to the contract, will be adjusted by the average annual index of change in the prices of goods and consumer services published by the President of the Central Statistical Office starting from the year following the full year of validity of the contract. In addition to rent, you will bear the costs of maintaining the property like most apartments available on the market – fees for administration, cleaning of the property, maintenance and additionally the costs of utilities used by you. These fees are independent of us and result both from whether you like long baths or a quick shower, but above all from the prices of utilities provided by external suppliers.

Yes. According to the concluded contract, before handing over the apartment, you will be asked to pay a deposit. The deposit will be returned at the end of the contract. The terms and conditions of returning the deposit are precisely specified in the lease agreement.

All our apartments are rented exclusively on the basis of lease agreements. You will receive the contract in advance, so that you can read it before signing. We conclude an institutional lease agreement, precisely defining mutual rights and obligations. The contract will be concluded for a definite period of time in accordance with. Our Customer Service Advisor will be happy to answer all your questions.

According to the contract, we will ask you to provide several documents and visit a notary office. All details will be presented by our Customer Service Advisor. We will also provide you with an application in which you will be able to check everything that will apply to your lease agreement on an ongoing basis.
Our apartments are fully furnished and equipped with all the necessary equipment that will be needed for a comfortable living in your new apartment. In addition to furniture, you will receive household appliances and TV. Each apartment is also equipped with a washing machine, or in the building there are public laundries equipped with washing machines and dryers.
If you are just starting your independent life, we offer as part of additional services, rental of both additional equipment of apartments – sets of dishes, iron, as well as bed linen and towels. Please contact our Customer Service Advisor for details and terms of service.
Our apartment is not intended for sale. You can rent them for up to 10 years.
You can rent our apartment for up to 10 years. As a standard, the rental period is a minimum of 12 months. After this period, you can extend the contract, you have priority over other tenants. You can also change the apartment to a larger or smaller one by choosing from the full offer available at the moment. Anyway, always during the term of the contract, you can change one apartment to another, provided that we have it available at the moment. In everything you will be supported by your Advisor from the Customer Service Office.

As a standard, the rental period is a minimum of 12 months, but we invite you to contact the Customer Service Advisor to discuss the available options.

We are the owner of the rented property, choosing one of our apartments you do not incur any additional costs associated with the mediation of the lease. You conclude the contract with the Customer Service Advisor authorized by us.
